Well as wrong as he was during the Carter administration, he is certainly out of touch with just about everyone else on this one.
The unfortunate problem the rest of us have, is we are not mind readers, like Chris Matthews, and just didn’t see the corellation between doing poorly in school which gets you stuck in Iraq and Bush. The sentences didn’t run together like that for me.

During the Clinton years, Matthews was in his hey day, but as of late, he has been increasingly off the mark. So my suggestion is that Chris take of the short pleated skirt and put away the pom-poms.
