According to the U.S. Border Patrol, 1 in 10 captured illegal aliens are arabs. Coyotes (human smugglers) have been offered $30,000 to $50,000 per arab to smuggle them safely across the U.S. border.
Immigration advocacy groups apparently see nothing wrong with the un abated flow of illegals into this country, and should be procecuted for aiding and abetting terrorists.
The foot traffic is so heavy that the backcountry has the ambience of a garbage dump and smells like an outdoor privy. In places, the land is littered a foot deep with bottles, cans, soiled disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, panties, clothes, backpacks, human feces, used toilet paper, pharmacy bottles and syringes (the drug runners inject stimulants to keep their energy up).
It is one thing to have a controlled non-permanent worker program and it is another to have un-fettered access to every individual in the world. The U.S. is not the world’s playground. The system as we know it will disolve when individuals no longer can protect their property, and their rights.
Organizations such as the ACLU are now representing illegal aliens against law abiding U.S. citizens in cases where the legal citizen is trying to protect their property rights. At the same time the ACLU is not turning their clients over to the immigration authorities for being here illegally.
Attorneys who do not report their illegal clients to the immigration authorities are breaking the law and should be permanently disbarred and prohibited from practicing law.
Citizens who serve on juries should not find for the illegal alien, (one can’t expect a legal judgement to be derived from an illegal position), and remove the incentive behind this foolish behaviour.
Judges who side with the illegal aliens should be removed from their position as they are promoting contraband.
Sealing the border is a daunting task. Perhaps the most valuable asset that the Border Patrol has is the aid of rural Cochise County citizens. Many have attempted to help, in accordance with Arizona law. Through that legal process, landowners may execute a citizen’s arrest for individuals or groups trespassing on their property. However, even that has been nullified. The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, backed by the American and Mexican media, have characterized citizens who have legally detained aliens as “racist xenophobic vigilantes.”
The U.S. Immigration official that has adopted this policy should not be on the government payroll.
