Well since Vista escaped from the pen, with Microsoft’s latest release, there have been a plethora of puking support folks all over.
Touted as the most secure operating system to date, Vista escapes with security problems right out of the box, and will not install with all of its features unless you have the equivalent of a mainframe.
Salesmen, prior to the official release, were excited about all the new features you will get with the OS, now are indicating, “If what you are running is working, don’t bother upgrading, just wait till you get a new computer”.
Unfortunately for Microsoft, I had heard some time ago, Vista was to be the biggest pig yet, and now the truth is known.
Apparently, if the OS installs at all, it will dumb itself down so you can get something that resembles a workable OS.
Oh Yeah, don’t forget, you’re gonna need to get the new Office (for $700).
Quicken will also require you upgrade their software.
They must have heard the economy is really, really good!
Still developing.
