He did screw up a couple of times one or more of which proved fatal.
One that sticks out is the abandonment of the CIA led revolution in the Bay of Pigs (cuba for the libs who don’t know what that was), and the signing of Executive Order 11110 (this is where the government prints its own money, and starts the elimination of the Federal Reserve).
Both are real offenses. In my book, the Bay of Pigs was a sin, but EO 11110 got him killed.
