The atmosphere is only deteriorating because of the chemical aerosols that are being sprayed by jet aircraft. (those long trails that seem to go from horizon to horizon – it’s not water).

If we are moving away from those dirty fuels of the past, it’s because our money is backed by land and minerals and not gold and silver, and is owed to every country in the world. We find oil in the USA, but cap the wells and import the oil we use from the middle east.

Cap and Trade or Cap and Cash Back or pollution reduction refund, is just more lipstick on a pig, this will kill our economy as it just sends more money back to the global banksters.
