Cecil Rhodes, the freaking British piece of work that believed the entire world should be a colony of Brittan, because British people are the best in the world. His infamous Rhodes Scholar program is open to those who believe all things should be returned to Brittan, (like they owned everything in the first place), and believe in the one world governance (or government) ruled of course by the heads in Brittan. With that being said, one just has to look at the lunacy which makes up the British society. Closed circuit surveillance everywhere (they have the most CCTV’s in the world) which has me questioning how wonderful these folks are, massive taxation with a piss poor medical and educational system, not to mention a shrinking population that needs to be subsidized by massive immigration, and a society where the average person cannot own property.
Of course it is easy to see why the average Brittan drags through each and every day looking for the next pint, and go along with just about anything their government hands out and this story just shows how sheeple they are.
Pupils and their families will be required to agree to the deal – setting out minimum standards of behaviour and attendance – before the start of term. Contracts, known as Home School Agreements, will also establish parents’ responsibilities for the first time.
