Apparently while the 9/11 attacks were underway, there was another operation involving north com / norad going on. This caused confusion and help compartmentalize the knowlege of the days events. While the attack in London was taking place on 7/7 there was another similar exercise taking place (practicing for an identical attack, thus causing confusion to responders). So we are getting ready for a week long exercise by fema starting 7/27/9 that will be taking place in several cities in the US. Is this a preparation for another false flag operation that will force us into Martial Law, or is this a threat being made to warn us if we meddle with the Federal Reserve, we could be in for trouble. (The Fed has historically made threats to the US government and the people every time there is a move to get involved in their affairs, the latest was not long ago when they claimed we would end up with Martial Law if we continue with plans to “Audit the Fed”.
Beginning Monday, security officials at all levels in the United States and four other countries will scramble into action in the wake of a fictional terrorist attack somewhere outside the United States.
The scenario envisions the receipt of intelligence that a follow-up attack is planned inside the United States, forcing agencies inside and out of the country to test their coordination, intelligence and terror prevention skills.
The National Level Exercise 2009 “will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery,” the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) said in a statement.
