New Government Policy Imposes Strict Standards on Garage Sales Nationwide
The federal government had best stay in Washington DC or Pelosi’s fears may come to bear fruit. Since when does the fed think it has the right to control what I do with my property.
If I want to give my property away or sell it, that is my and everyone else’s prerogative who owns that property. Not the Fed! Anybody with half a brain understands a garage sale does not constitute interstate commerce.
Americans who slap $1 pricetags on their used possessions at garage sales or bazaar events risk being slapped with fines of up to $15 million, thanks to a new government campaign.
