They are not being enforced. Do we need another law that won't be enforced? Much like the gun laws in your country. You have many many fine laws but no one enforces them. The lack of enforcement of your gun laws allow only criminals to obtain guns and your lack of enforcement of immigration laws encourages more people to come to the USA. More law enforcement will balance the people with guns and those without and the same applies to immigration.
